yeah what was high on cbc and what were bile acids? my dog is mvd as well. Propofol, isoflurine, iv fluids and catheterization are all safe - NO KET-VAL but sounds like your vet is on top of stuff as most do not know alot about liver shunt so yours is ahead of the norm so probably uses the safest protocol.
