Dogs can endure a great deal of pain so even if she is walking better over the weekend I still would go to the vets. One of my rescue's was picked up on the street, kept in the pound for a week and finally when rescue could get him out and taken to a vet he had been kicked so hard in the back leg it was lifted out of the socket and this dog never let on. To this day when he runs he only runs on 3 legs. The decision was made not to do surgery as it would have shorten his leg and caused even more problems down the road. The vet put him under and then pushed it back into the socket.
