I got my puppy when I was recovering from Chemo and Radiation and let me tell you I was exhausted, I am very fortunate to have had alot of help here, it sounds to me like you really need to focus on your health, if you cant get help please send the puppy to a rescue. Cancer treatements are long hard and difficult I will tell you that I could have NEVER done it while doing treatment, I was sick, tired and cranky and Im sure that my puppy would have felt this.
Please focus on your own health it is important to be stress free and get all the rest you can.
