Oh -- and the excessive peeing in the first instance is indicative of a bladder/liver problem....so regardles....take him to get checked out.

I would ask for a blood panel and urine test sent to the lab....then based on those results, you'll be able to know if you need more. I would also suggest X-rays to see if there are crystals or stones causing blockage...
