Default Mr. Big-New problem this morning!!! Need help!

I gave an update on Mr. Big at the end of my yesterday thread about him being hospitalized, possibly due to hypoglycemia. But I thoguht I repeat my last post in a new thread to bump it up. Here's what I wrote:

Took him to the pee pad this morning. He usually lifts the leg and lands a few drops on the corner. This morning, he squatted (like boys dogs do sometimes when they can't find a vertical sirface, you know? Like leaning forward a bit and peeing) and he started to pee. And he peed, and peed and peed and peed...honestly he was peeing for a good 30 seconds, and the pee circle on the pad was getting bigger and bigger (mind you, we're talking a bout a tiny little guy under 3 pounds). I was so surprosed, and was wondering when it was ever going to end! So I sat down and looked under the belly, there was nothing coming out at this time, but he continued to "squat", trying to squeeze something out. And then after a few seconds the final 2-3 drops came out and he walked away. Ok, maybe it's only my imagination, but I think the last 3 drops were kinda colourful. I think I saw a very very faint "red" tint. Inly those last drops. But then again, might have been the light in the bathroom, I don't know.

Any idea what happened this morning again???????
