Hi everyone
Good news and bad news. The good news is that Oliver is 100% better after last week's multiple vet visits!!!

He hasn't vomited, seizured, or had diarrhea since Friday. He didn't even cry when he got his rabies shot, what a champion! He and Lexi had a very fun Halloween weekend and were the stars of my boyfriend's Halloween party (Ollie was a bat, Lexi was a ladybug).
Bad news...I was in stop and go traffic on my way home from my boyfriend's house this morning (with the pups) and was rear ended by some guy who DROPPED SOMETHING AND BENT DOWN TO PICK IT UP WHILE DRIVING. My car is a stick shift, so when he hit me it stalled and I went straight into the car in front of me. Luckily, the pups were fine.
A note to anyone who drives with their pups - PLEASE only transport them in hard carriers and wrap the seat belt strap around the handle. I know it may not be the most fun or cute way to drive them around, but you never know what can happen. If they were in their car seat, they would have gone flying into the windshield. I get scared even thinking about it.
They had to take me to the hospital in an ambulance, and I found out later that the policeman was very nice and put the pups in the back seat of his car until my friend came to take them to my apartment. I just got home from the hospital and am sporting a very stylish neck brace and have all sorts of medications for my neck. The guy who hit me turned out to not have insurance, so I'm going to have a fun couple of days trying to figure this out. I have a BMW, and even a diagnostic check is upwards of a few hundred dollars

But my mom just flew in from NYC to take care of me, so it'll be nice to be babied for a few days
So the pups have had a very eventful weekend, and their very first ride in a police car! Think its time for these two bandits to call it a night, they're pooped
