IMO this pup is totally bored, naturally it has no social skills---how can it it is never out of kennel long enough and does not get enough quality human contact
This pup is starving for attention!!!! Maybe if poster does still want this pup if it cries so much maybe she should try giving it more attention? Just a thought????? Good luck in your endeavor!!!!
