Hi there, I Have only read a few of the posts here on your thread, please forgive me if this has already been repeated.
IMO, I believe the very best way to find a yorkie puppy is throgh a reputabale breeder, and one who you can go to their home. See the littler of pups, the mother of the pups, talk to the breeder, ask the breeder asll kinds of questions, and the breeder will ask you a ton of questions too. It will be a interview. A good breeder, wants to make sure the puppies are going to a wonderful, safe, loving, forever, home. Will have a health contract , a health gaureentee, and your puppy will be in excellent condition, coming from a wonderful breeder who knows what she is doing.
I would never just go by a picture or updates from email , OR by anything done from the internet when something like bringing home a new , live precious puppy home. Because their is nothing of a gaureentee. I believe it is too much of a chance to take in this case.
A YT member, who is and has established a good reputable breeder reputation, I would STILL do everyting in my power to jump on an airplane and meet her, to pick up my new puppy. Or drive to her home , just so I could meet her and talk to her, and meet the mother of the puppies, ideally the father of the puppies too.
There have been many sad stories on YT aboust puppies being picked up at the airport very sick. Some so sick the puppy having to spend days at the vet . After the new owner spent thousands , on obtaining the yorkie puppy, shipping costs, and airline costs. The puppy is deathly ill.
I hope everything works out well for you. And this turns out as a happy ending .
I still am uncleasr as to why you really want a very small yorkie? Yorkies are naturally a small breed , however, these days the "IN" thing right now is the smaller the better. However, it is still difficult to predict how big a puppy will turn out full grown. I just hope you will love him , if he gets bigger then you orginally planned.
