I just wanted to report that Penny is doing great with the pads, but not so great with the fake grass. I think I pushed it too fast, so now we have the fake grass next to the pad and the grass has a pad on top.
We now keep our bedroom door open all the time and she does not have ANY accidents in there!
She used to go in there and do business when she got upset about something, but we locked her up in her crate after pointing out her accident to her gently. It only took 3 lock ups to stop the behavior.
We have been letting her into the living room with supervision, and no accidents in there either. Yay! Now if I can only get her trained to the grass without her going backwards in her training.
