The belly band worked for me w/ two of my dogs. Harley, who HATED having his belly wet caught on very quickly. He is now totally outdoor potty trained (by his own decision btw lol I had intended to have both but apparently he wants to be like the big dogs) And my dog Zeus (not a yorkie but a rescue) has a problem w/ 'squirting' when he gets scared or nervous and the belly band ended that too. If your baby is using a wee wee pad you have to be careful to remove the band when he's around it so he doesn't just start getting lazy and using the belly band. But I have heard that they aren't for everyone.
