It will defintely take a couple of weeks for your older one to get used to the new addition...make sure to give her lots of extra love and attention and try to encourage her to play gently with her new brother...like chewing on a toy or bone together..don't leave them alone together until they are both settled together...it will take some time but they will soon become the best of friends!!
