We also have a king size tempurpedic bed. We have had it for 4 years with no problems at all. We love it. My DH also has health problems and has restless nights where he moves about all night. With the tempurpedic mattress I feel no movement at all when he tosses and turns. We don't have a problem with the mattress being too hot. I have lower back problems and this mattress has really help my back. You don't have to turn these mattresses over but they do recommend that you rotate them once in a while. The mattress is very heavy so if for some reason you have to move it like to change a bed skirt or rotate you're going to need somebody strong. Luckily I have a grown son that can help.
