What are you talking about marketing 101 Dr? I know a lot of old time breeders and marketing is not their priority. Any reputable breeder would agree.

Dah - Sorry, my point you must have missed is that you called these people "newbies". If you don't know these people how do you know they are "Newbies"?
Marketing 101 means you are selling something based on hype and when you are dealing with living creatures then someone is in breeding for the $$$$ or ego and not for the "good" of the dog if they are just marketing their dogs. I believe it is fraud when someone says they are a Dr. or they are just dillusional. I have a copy of a resume posted on the internet where a breeder did this and wow they don't even have a master's degree, let alone their doctorate..I believe reputable breeders would shake their heads and walk away from someone doing this. I believe reputable breeders get into the showring and prove their breeding programs instead of just talking about it. Wouldn't you agree?
