I just saw this thread, and I am so happy for Lucky. I can see where she got her name.
I was actually looking to see if anyone else had experienced the "lump between the toes", and lo and behold, I can across this thread. I just took my little Rocky to the Vet this week for a lump between his back toes. My Vet has put him on antibotics to start with, 1 tab. twice a day. Rocky goes back to the Vet Sept. 3rd. I am hoping it's something like what you went through. Not cancer, but more like a cyst that can be taken care of easily. Rocky is 7 years old. Keeping my fingers crossed and saying my prayers.
