It sounds like you are doing really well. By "bike run" do you mean you're riding a bicycle and Fido is running beside you??? That's terrific. Plus all that walking. Fido must be very fit.
I play fetch with Zoey in our fenced yard and she does a lot of running around...but that's all. You make me feel quite guilty...
