Please find a VET who has compassion and get things done. Don't know how he can let a little thing be pain , without giving any pain meds. Do the research and find a Board certified Vet Ortho Surgeon.

Also, it is bad that it has been 2 days that the poor dog has broken the knee. I went thru this wiith my yorkie with his surgery. They are stoic to pain but it bothers them.

I would think the cost varies between places. I would say around $ 1500.

I will pray for your Yorkie, hope all will be well. Just a word of caution, after surgery the first week is bad but it all gets better. There is nothing precious than seeing kids and dogs happily running after us.
