I would keep her on the chicken and rice and baby food for awhile. You don't have to worry about supplements and nutrition for a couple of months. It's more important to get her to eat.
BTW, brown rice is much more nutritious than white rice. White rice has been processed to be more attractive, but all the vitamins are in the hull that they remove.
When she throws up, is the rice digested? Even with probiotics, Lady couldn't digest the rice. I switched her to oatmeal and she's done great.
