Here's an update on Suzi . My brother came over this afternoon who she absolutely loves, and she perked up seeing him. SHe was jumping up to say hi to him, and he had hurt his foot badly. She tried to help him feel better, sensing that he was in pain , knowing somehow that he was not feeling well either.
But after he left, she was again sleeping , and needed to rest. All of her energy left her, and later she had a bit more , tiny bits of dirreahea. She did , however, drink water. Thankfully. I cleaned up the runny stools and was not upset at al when she missed the dog pads. Other then this, she seems to be slightly better.
I hope the worst is over, and i do think it is a tummy upset. Their is no blood in the stools, and no more heaving or vomiting, however, she is not eating her kibble. But she will eat anything I have , But i do not want her to eat that, for fear it will only make her feel worse or upset her stomach. The puppy is ok. Just does not understand why Suzi won't play with her. I have white rice, but i'll have to make certain it is still good and not spoiled. I have had it for a while in the pantry. I know to give it to her plain. And cool. I can pretend to eat it, Suzi loves to eat anything I eat. Suzi is a good sized yorkie , however I still worry about my baby every time she is not feeling well. I just hate it when any of my darlings are not feeling good. There is no mucas in the stool or anything like that either. I hope she will be ok, and she is getting over it.
