Can you please describe in detail your praise AND punishment method. My little one will sometimes run to the paper on his own to do his business, sometimes stopping in the middle of play to do this, then other times, usually when he goes pee pee, he will run off to the hallway and pee, when I catch him in the act, I say No No, on the paper and I put him on the paper.
Why does he sometimes get it all right (everytime he goes on the paper, I praise like crazy and have started giving him a little treat). I wish he could make the praise/treat connection every single time and stop peeing on the carpet. |
