well my dh has an umbilical hernia and had surgery and depending on how bad it is it can perforate causing vomitting as the waste gets into the body if there is a tear in the hernia so I am still concerned it could be that due to my dh having one and what doctor told him. What happened 24 hrs prior to incident- any change in treats, diet, outside with other dogs, and torn up toys?
