I as having trouble getting my little Jeter to eat out of a dog dish back when he was under a year of age. I just happened to catch an episode of "Its me or the Dog" with Victoria Stilwell just when I was losing hope and thinking i was alway's going to have to hand feed him. Anyway's she had a Yorkie named Bailey on and he was a spoiled little guy, Bailey insisted on eating at the table with his mommy, she even feed him with a fork.. Bailey would not eat from his doggy dish at all. Victoria put his food on a little tea cup plate and set it on the ground and he ate up his food with NO problems. I tried it out and it worked for Jeter too! Now I like to check out the Antique shops for cute little plates for Jeter's food.
