Sadie has days like that, she's not old enough to have months of good behavior, but she'll have 2-3 days of no accidents and then she'll have one...

i agree with previous post about picking pup up to go out in the morning, too long of a night to hold it while waiting on a leash, get the leash before you are ready to take pup outside to avoid accidents...

hubbie set Sadie down to go get pants and she peed on the floor, they just have to GO and GO BAD when they wake up from long sleep, no time to go get supplies, just rush her out the door right away...

hopefully it's not a bladder infection that causes accidents and regression, but probably just had a small lapse in your consistency that causes a few accidents now and then...if you are very consistent then it might be something else...not sure
