EASY ONE!!

Use a pet enzyme cleaner, it's the ONLY thing that gets the smell out which is super important if you don't want the spot to be your puppies new toilet??

dogs will go back to the same spot they peed in before if the smell is still there...

here's a good example of pet enzyme cleaners:
