I am so sorry that you had this happen to you to, i just took my Biewer female to get groomed telling them that i only wanted her feet & butt trimed, i went back to get her and she looks like a beagle hound she has no hair anyplace they even slicked all of the hair off her tail, not just her butt. i can not believe that she never heard a word i said to her
