Hi all. I'm new here and need advice.

Our 15 month old 17 pound male Silky has always had an aggressive personality around people he doesn't know. But yesterday he was excitedly playing in the yard with the neighbor's terrier as they often do, when he followed the other dog into the neighbor's house and lightly bit a child and a woman. Never happened before!

Would neutering him tend to reduce his aggressiveness toward strangers?
