Ah man that was too cute! I wonder why he doesn't go on the other side with the little door to use as a footing?

Anyway, as soon as I saw that gate, I thought it was too short. Why not just close the door to the bathroom? If you get a higher one I think he will just find another way to climb out. These little buggers are too smart.
