Rusty is a very smart dog but he is having problems in the potty training area. He wont go number 2 outside! He just won't! My mother or I will take him outside and he will pee and then we wait until he goes poop but he won't do it and so we bring him in and he goes right away...sometimes on the pad sometimes not. What do I do? Is this normal for yorkies. Another thing is that he won't eat his food out of his bowl. We have to put a little bit on the ground and it can't touch! I'm afraid he is gettin too skinny and he isn't nice and fat like puppies should be. Any Ideas?
