It is the same as you described, they let him out and he immediately comes to our yard to do his morning business. Sometimes other times of day too but every morning like clockwork.

I'll have to strongely agree with you here...Going on summer #3, I was literally plotting how I would make my point clear to the neighbors. I decided, when the neighbors were all outside cooking on the grill or just sitting around, I would take all 3 of my dogs over to their side to do there business, say hello and walk off...LOL! I explained this to my husband, as we watched out our back window while the neighbor was walking his dog into our backyard to go to the bathroom...let's just say, I convinced my hubby to go outside and let them know they shouldn't do that anymore....I guess, my numerous requests weren't as effective as the big man's one request...lol
