I had a next door neighbor that would let her dog (a Chow) out every afternoon without a leash and watch him poop in our yard. She did not want him to go in their yard. She would also not pick it up. I asked her several times to please stop. One afternoon I stepped in it.
Well you can call me childish because I grabbed my little shovel and scooped up several piles and tossed in into their driveway....Never had another problem.
