It seems most people on YT prefer the sherpa carriers. I bought a sturdibag size large and loved it- plenty of space for my Baci and fit fine on airtran flights under the seat. Airtran only cost $69 each way for Baci. I called before booking my flight to confirm they had availability for pet travel and then called right after booking my flight online to make the reservation for him. I think there is a sticky with flight costs for different airlines.
