I highly recommend it. I use a pee pad underneath the grass as with puppies, they pee so little that by the time I get to clean it, it has dried on the bottom. I only have to change the pee pad like once a week as most of the pee actually gets stopped in the grass but I'm sure that will change with time. You certanly could get the fake grass but I have not been able to find it anywhere locally and to buy at homedepot you have to buy a large section - it is sold like carpeting. I don't want to pay in excess of $100 and don't have a place to store it but I would consider going in on it with someone else! I think it was definately worth the $40 - by the way, it's the Potty Patch that I have. |
hmm ... thanks for the advice! Im thinking that $40 would be cheaper than if I tried to make it.. I am pretty handy but they supplies will equal more than 40 I think lol. So maybe I will buy the one you suggested and give it a try. Do you eventually have to buy a new fake grass piece for this? I cant imagine it would hold out for more than a year right?
