I have read that toy breeds are stubborn when it comes to potty traiing but when I brought Niyah home, she was potty trained in a matter of days. Granted that she was 2 yrs but she was pad trained by her previous owner. Not trained outside. I put a pee pad down for her for several days but she preferred to go outside. Never used the pee pad once. She is not crazy about grass but she will go when I take her out. She is just one awesome dog.

Now on the other hand, My Samoyed is over a year and she still will mess on my floor and we take her out several times a day. She cannot be trusted and has a much larger bladder than Niyah seeing that she weighs around 40 pounds. She is one stubborn dog.
