I would check her blankie and bed to see if she tinkled there. Lexie was 10 wks old when she came home, she was able to hold it 3-4 hours tops during the day, she did go longer at night, if she was playing, more frequent bathroom breaks.
That sounds way too long to go without tinkling especially for such a young age.
