After Josh was neutered, he was very happy and wanted to play. He is always happy. I did not let him play, because I did not want him to experience pain after playing. The next day he was experiencing some pain from the surgery. He cried when he moved sometimes, which made feel sad. I guess the medicine after the surgery was wearing off. The doctor did not give me any medicine to give Josh after the surgery. I tried my best to make him feel comfortable, and I spoiled him rotten. Two days after the surgery, he was back to himself. I think three days after the surgery your dog will be feeling better just like my dog.
I did not know that painkillers could make a dog hyperactive. Thanks for that information Nancy.
