I stated in the post you quoted that I have seen animal cops investigate these matters and determine if the animals were neglected by the state laws. If they determine the breeder neglected the animals, then they will do whatever they have to protect the animals according to the state laws. I am concern about the animals welfare. I want the best outcomes for these animals. This breeder's actions might seem cold (irresponsible breeder), but there is a possibility that she is ignorant about how to breed dogs properly. When I watch animal cops dealing with this matter, they explain to the breeder how to take care of the animals according to the state laws. If the breeder chooses not to follow the law, they take the animals away. I am hoping the breeder will decide to do what is best for these animal. Jasminir, as long as you follow Yorkie Talk rules, then you will not get ban. I am not going to hate you for having a different opinion than mines.
