I agree that this story is sad but I don't think it is because this girl is a horrible person. I think she is an uneducated person that doesn't know any better because there hasn't been someone there to guide her and teach her. Remember, there are still a few people out there that don't know about Yorkie Talk and the wise members and information that exist here.
I think the OP is a great friend that is looking for a way to help educate her friend... not steal her dogs or get her into trouble. No matter how you slice it, it comes down to pure ignorance.
There is nothing wrong with them giving the shots or docking the tails... many breeders do this and as long as it is being done sanitary and the correct way then so be it.
Maybe instead of concentrating on how horrible this gal is, maybe we can come up with clever ways to help the OP to educate her friend. It is a sickening situation, but one that won't end unless we ban together to spread the word and educate these people... right?
