 Post-Anaphalctic Shock
Thursday I took my 4 1/2 month yorkie to the vet and got vaccinated with lepto and DAPP. On the way home he vomited and when we arrived home we notice he was very confused and he kept squinting his eyes and wouldn't stop whimpering. He was also salivating non stop. I took him to the hospital and they gave him a steroid injection due to anaphalactic shock.
All day friday he has been very sleepy and not eating much. does anyone know how long he will be like this... Its breaking my heart and trust me I learned my lesson I will not be giving him the lepto booster as now i have read that it causes this reaction. I have been spoling him and letting him rest but is there anything else i can do to help him? |
