This is a long shot, but in my head.. enemic and belly full of fluid.. is he absolutely positive there is not a rupture in the Uterus? I think I would at least ask.. She is obviously very sick. Is the green diarhea for sure poop and not coming from the vulva? I'm not sure I would let this go if it were me, even if you need to contact another Vet..
I'm sorry, I forgot.. did he give her fluids? I honestly don't mean to scare you, but they go down so quickly. My friend just lost a female to Pyometra (which is an infection of the Uterus), and she had been to the Vet 3 times, and was at the Vet overnight when she passed. Vet said Sorry, I didn't think she was that sick...
