You don't want to switch her food all at once or she will end up with a tummy upset/diarrhea which can dehydrate a tiny puppy quickly and be very serious.
Did her breeder give you some of the kibble she has been eating? Try softening it with water. Add just a bit of her raw very gradually. She is going to need carbs for awhile anyway to stabilize her blood sugars.
