Toy breed puppies that young are at a great risk for hypoglycemia. You need to have Nutrical on hand, but remember, it's only if her sugar drops too low. Eating frequently is very important. I know you made raw for her, but she also needs carbohydrates to stabilize her blood sugar.

Your husband works a different schedule than you do, right? So someone will be with her most of the time for next month or so? The risk of hypoglycemia is greatest in the first three months.

To answer your other question, no, wheezing is not normal. With the weekend coming up, I would make sure you take her to the vet today for a complete check up. It can save you a huge vet bill in a few days as little things with puppies that young can turn into major emergencies requiring hospitalization quickly.
