For your reference I have almost 6 weeks old puppies that are followed closely by their vet. I just looked at their gums and they DO NOT have white gums nor do they or have they ever wheezed at all. I know with kennel cough at first they can still be active and happy and in pupppies it may not seem like a cough more like asthma. Your best bet is to get her into a vet immediately. I would watch her like a hawk for quite awhile. She may also just be totally stressed from leaving her home way too soon. Good Luck!
