Congratulations of the arrival of your long-awaited baby. She is adorable. I would take her to the vet today for a check-up. That is standard procedure. Not that you expect anything to be wrong with her, it is just a good precautionary measure and most breeders require you do this. As far as the white gums and wheezing goes, that is NOT normal and with a puppy as young as yours is, it could turn into an emergency quickly, so please take her now before things go very wrong and get very expensive.
