I must add, the vet was absolutely POed at how someone could raise a puppy in those conditions without vet care. She stated I needed to turn her into animal welfare in her county of TN but I refused to do that as she is not a breeder but her dogs happened to have puppies. I do not and never would want to go to the extreme the vet told me to do! I am sure they did hang up on her, they were not pleased with how this puppy come to them!

I am not only showing proof of the bill but I am showing you proof of the medications I received. Isn't that enough to prove my words? I did not and do not want ALL of the bill! I merely would have liked her to show some respect and remource for what I had to go through and am still going through. Heck, if she sent me $50.00 that would have been something! She didn't offer me a penney! She is hiding behind the word estimate and not looking at the proof of medications nor the fact I went to a vet at 6:30ish PM out of fear! She KNOWS the puppy had scabs all over it! She knows I had to have a special shampoo, antibiotics, and benadryl to fix this. She can planly see in the picture the 3 white tubes of de-wormer! What more proof can I give? I told her to call the vet at her own risk... Once they get her name and seeing the condition of my puppy they are required by law to report her! I have no problem giving them her name and info if she would like. If she wants me to give them the OK to speak to her, have her PM me her information and I will give it to them.
I understand about the bill. I have seen places do that same thing. In fact, my dentist did the same thing the other day for my bridge. My cancelled check will be my receipt I guess. Whew! That was a doozie! The proof you provided is good enough for me, but if she wants to see that the bill was paid, I see that side too. You are right that she is taking a chance in giving her name and info to the vet if they were that angry with the puppy being neglected. She could wind up feeling like she has more proof and then having to answer to the Animal Control people. I imagine she is reading this thread but I will pm back to her what you offered.
