but worms are very typical...all you can do is deworm them...your vet would have done a fecal test and dewormed all so...for much less...pancur is only 5 a box...they sold it to you for 12 ....

they would have charged you the same if you were doing a normal check up with distemper and fecal testing and deworming...please use a different vet next time and save some money

i would have been upset too if my dog was covered in scabs...i would be PO'ed for sure

I did call my vet but they said bring her in tomorrow. I did not want to risk "tomorrow" if she had parvo from all the vomitting. This was basically an emergency visit. I have used the same vet for 20 years. I would never purposely go to a vet at Petsmart. I also am not a vet so what they told me I needed I trusted them and did it for her health. It shows on the receipt the time was after 6PM and my local "emergency hospital" charges $80.00 just for you to walk through the door so this was as low in cost as I could have gotten at the time.
