I wish I could reach through the screen here and give you a big hug. You have every right to miss your Charlie. You gave him your everything, and you are missing him, and questioning the justice here. There isn't any, except for the fact that your dog next door needs your love just as much as you loved Charlie. Thats why she comes over for a warm blanket, treat, food, and just some comfort. She knows that you will be there for her, and maybe Charlie is sending her over to see you for a little love. Try to take some comfort in that if it is possible. I am so sorry for your loss of Charlie.
