You need to force feed this baby until he gets back to eating. Feed him about every 2 to 4 hours during the waking hours. Once a puppy has a attack like this it takes 24 to 48 hours to return to normal. I would also give this puppy some acidolphlis (sp) you can buy it at any store in the health food dept. This helps put good bacteria in the tummy which is what he needs after taking a round of antibiotics. It also helps him to get over the Coccidia. I am a breeder and this is what I do for hypoglycemic puppy's and they will pull through with no problems.
