I think your schedule is good. You want to take her out ~15 minutes after drinking to pee, and about 1 hour after eating to poop. Feed her twice / day for 15 minutes each.
I agree that your schedule is not ideal for a pup. You'll need to do everything you can to get home at lunch, because she is going to mess her crate if you don't. After after she messes her crate, it will be easier to for her to do it again, etc.
You're going to need to focus a lot of attention on her when you're not working to make up for the time she spends alone. Try to get more creative about what you can do -- any neighbors who have a dog who can do some casual dog sitting? Doggy daycare 1x / week?
I have read that exercise + mental training tires them out the most. If you can, I would take her for out for 45 minutes in the morning to for a vigorous, disciplined walk. This would kill me as I am a night owl, but I get to take my dog to work.

Then 15 minutes of play + training at lunch, then another 30 when you get home. She will probably be tired most of the day and able to adjust to that.
There are also timers that will drop toys down to your dog every hour or two hours. That would only work if she were out of the crate, though.
