I think if you change her to a better quality food, she won't be pooping so much. The food you are feeding her is full of alot of fillers which will make them poop alot.

Crate training is the best way to go, but you do have a problem with being gone for too long for her to hold it all day. Maybe once you get her on better food, and use the meat tenderizer, that will help. My 2 usually one poop once maybe 2 times a day.
