I have Plantar Fasciitis, there are a couple of things you can do before bed and in the morning, my dr suggested standing on the the edge of a stair putting just the toes and balls of you feet on the step ( like your walking up the stairs) drop your heels down, this streches out your foot, I do it about 10 times before bed.. another thing he told me to do is use an old tube sock or longer sock hold both ends with your hands , loop your foot again under your toes and strech your foot towards you pull hard toes towards you repeat this over and over again with both feet... the more you strech it out the better it will feel , also taking x strength tylenol will help before bed.. my dr also suggested New Balance sneakers, no flip flops and wear extra thick socks... give it a try.
