Wow, your mentor sounds like an awesome lady; 81 years young & still whelping litters too, I see from your post below. I've seen how you've been here to help those in need, it seems that she has taught you well and you are following in her footsteps.

Here is an update since I last posted...Gina had another 2 puppies after my last posting. I was shocked on the 5th puppy but really stunned on the 6th puppy. X-rays at the vet showed 3 possible 4..I guess the others were hiding. She now has 5 boys and 1 girl and they all (including mom) are doing wonderful. All weigh between 4.3 ounces and 5 ounces. I will be posting pictures in the nursery section once I can figure out how to do that. They are so precious! Thanks!
